0750 Members board bus outside container classrooms
SL to take attendance and report to Estelli**
Estelli take attendance of alumni

0800 Loading of bulky instruments - Renyi (I/C)
· Suyi, Pohyih, Junxi, Jeremy, Lawrence,
Jonathan, Bobby (go to bus 2)

Make sure all bulky instruments on lorry (checklist)

Load bulky instruments ON stage
Tuning of instruments in holding area

0900 Start of rehearsal

1300 Lunch -- SETTLE YOURSELF(AVAILABLE NEARBY: MAC / KOPITIAM)

1400 onwards: Rest/Change into Costumes

1700 Start of concert

1900 End of concert

SLs to ensure that members board the bus
Ensure that all instruments are loaded onto lorry

· Members who choose to go on their own and leave from CC must:
· inform Pauline (I/C) on wed practice (3 Dec) in advance.
· Criteria: Hand-held instruments, Not an exco member, Female
· Reporting time for these people is 8.30 am at the CC foyer.

Bus allocation:
Bus 1: Alumni, Tanbo, Ms Tan
Bus 2: Guanyue, percussion, erhu, cello, Ms Tan

# Instrument allocation:
Bus: Tanbo, erhu, guanyue, cello
Lorry: Percussion and zhong ying sheng, bass

Students to prepare:
· BLACK top, bottom & shoes
· Grey file with scores
